The reason, of course, is that they are the couple who, while on a cruise to Panama, befriended an American they describe as “very charismatic”.

For a variety of reasons, after they got back to Sussex Jenny Googled her and discovered that she had been incarcerated for murdering her mother and trying to murder her husband. Yes really.
