An Exhilarating End to the Year!

Dance into 2025 with Lazybones Lounge’s NYE event! Not only will there be extravagant food and drinks, there will also be three brilliant bands that will be sure to make you move and groove to their music. So come along to the best place in town and celebrate the New Year with us at Lazybones Lounge.

Lazybones Lounge is a restaurant/bar located in the heart of Marrickville, and with its unique, relaxed atmosphere and eclectic decor, it is definitely an amazing place where you can meet and hang out with other people and listen to live music being played.

THE BANDS

Starting the night is: Lunches! They’re a three-man band known for their electric, dynamic sound, and with Daniel Pliner on the keyboard, Declan Kelly on vocals, and Jan Bangma on the bass, they are sure to begin NYE with bang! They will be playing from 8 – 9:30pm on the back stage of Level 2.

Next, Homegrown! Homegrown are a group of highly-sought after musicians, who perform with authenticity and soul. Featuring the vocalists ARI & Anthony McCarthy, Dwayne Lee on Drums, Victor Jesus on Guitar, and Eric Glorioso on Bass, they will be playing on Level 1 from 9:30 – 12:30pm, so don’t miss out!

Finally we have: Funky People! They are a band who pay homage to The JB’s and their funk music. The funky musicians are: Juanita Tippens and Declan Kelly on vocals, Jan Bangma on bass and also vocals, Daniel Pliner on the keys, Daniel March on guitar, Tully Ryan on percussion, Horns De’Ville on the drums, Nish Manjunath on the sax, James Greening on the trombone, and last but not least, Angus Gomm on the trumpet. They will be playing from 10 – 1am on the main stage of Level 2.
