Following instruction from the Australian Federal Government that mass gatherings are banned, City Recital Hall’s Box Office and admin office are closed to the public and a reduced team are working from home.

After a great deal of deliberation, City Recital Hall and its Board of Directors have come to the decision that the venue will close its doors until 30 September 2020. This decision has not been made lightly, however, the health and well-being of our staff, artists, presenters and audiences is of utmost importance.

Arts and entertainment are a cornerstone of Sydney culture, and we are working tirelessly to ensure that we can continue to provide a home for our much-loved artists and patrons. We look forward to seeing you all again at City Recital Hall from October 1 2020 and we hope you will join us in sharing some much-needed live entertainment at that time.

City Recital Hall is working with its presenters to reschedule postponed events where possible. Ticket- holders for rescheduled events will be contacted directly once the arrangements are finalised.
