This week we hear the final episode of Bardi to Bach’s Baroque with Andy Bromberger and she concludes with instrumental music of the late Baroque. What a wonderful series it has been!

My special guest after 11:00 am is Agatha Gothe-Snape, embedded artist at the Powerhouse Museum and part of the curatorial team behind a wonderful exhibition entitled Eucalyptusdom. It follows the history of the museum as its early curators researched our iconic tree and looks at the indigenous view of the eucalypts as country. Most exciting are the art commissions where selected contemporary artists portray their unique views of the gum tree.

Music in the first section, as with the last five, explores the Baroque while the rest is devoted to iconic Australian music and themes.
