Art Addict is a magazine style arts and culture program that explores our creative potential of art through conversations with artists and industry specialists.

Conceived by John Feitelson, the series host, an avid art collector, and a passionate supporter of artists. John is the owner of Artist Profile, an international quarterly contemporary art journal and Art Almanac, Australia’s longest-running comprehensive monthly art guide. He is also the co-founder of Art Investor, a curated directory of Australian artists, galleries and art service providers.

John Feitelson is the Art Addict, with regular in-conversation commentary provided by Kon Gouriotis OAM, editor of Artist Profile and Paul Nicholson-Smythe, AKA PIP, who has an eclectic background that many will find unique and distinctive among your typical consultants.

The first series features acclaimed artists and creatives each with their own unique perspective and artful experiences: Campbell Robertson Swann, Aaron Fell-Fracasso, Judith Nangala Crispin, Simon Fieldhouse, Jeff Khan, Michael Snape, Nick Yelverton and Caroline Zilinsky.

Each episode features a different guest in a segment called The Artist Onion, which seeks to reveal insights into the ideas and relationships with contemporary art and art practices. Then the discussion is unpacked through an informal conversation with regular commentators on arising themes. In the mix is a curation of music selected by feature guests.
