Anthony Huckstep is an award winning journalist and author who is affectionately known as the heavy metal restaurant critic. While he is the national restaurant critic and columnist for leading magazines such as  Delicious, Qantas Magazine and The Australian Magazine, he is also the co-founder of an in-your-face annual dinner called MetalMouth that brings together heavy metal and fine dining.
