XMAS IS OUR TIME TO BACK TO YOU AND TO SOMEONE NEW!

It’s been another incredible year here on Eastside Radio and once again we’ve set the bar high for all we’ve wanted to achieve.

In addition to broadcasting 84 programs a week, the highest number of shows on any community radio station around the country, we’ve embraced the podcast revolution and launched our own series looking at HIV in the year 2017 titled How Much Do You Know? We continue to place such importance on everything we do via our website eastsidefm.org and although social media continues to find new ways to engage us we believe the future of our station still lies on the radio.

It’s been encouraging to see new episodes of our radio plays Sonic Tales hit the airwaves and podcast online and we just love all the people from the Windgap Foundation who make Making Airwaves an award winning show. Global Rhythms celebrated 5 years too which was a fantastic effort given the challenges with putting on a major outdoor event in Sydney. We look forward to seeing you all and then some more in 2018!

And so, once again we’re teaming up with Barnardos Australia to make a difference to children in need this Xmas. For every new or renewing supporter of Eastside Radio we’ll give a gift to one of the kids of Barnardos. You give to us and we give to them. It’s that simple but that important.
