The 24-hour global news cycle; AI produced songs on ad nauseam repeat;  Commercial talking heads blubbering nonsense or misinformation; It’s enough to  stop you doing anything positive!! 

Well here at Eastside Radio, we’re taking a stand against the endless barrage of  doom and gloom. We’re committed to making your day a better place. We want to  share with you the joy of creativity and the connection of community.  

From music you won’t hear anywhere else, to the wide spectrum of arts in all its  forms as well local ideas that foster inclusion and acceptance. Eastside Radio is here  to change your world. And all you have to do, is listen to your community.

Since 1983 we’ve been supporting local businesses, elevating local artists and critical  thinkers, and most importantly, being a platform for the diverse voices of Sydney.  

Ever since our first broadcast, Eastside Radio has grown from a small radio hub to a  place where world music, soul, blues, electronic, jazz and any other music that isn’t typically broadcast thrives. Eastside is also home to many long-term presenters,  including 10+ people having presented here for more 20 years!
