Upcoming events at Waverley Library

February 01, 2023

The Waverley Library offers a wide range of different events from book launches to film screenings and events for seniors

This February, there are many different events coming up at Waverley Library.  One of them is the presentation of  James O’Loghlin and Ian Hickie’s new book Minding Your Mind. Based on their popular podcast with the same name, their new book immerses into our mind’s work and it deals with practical strategies on how we can understand, change and improve our mental health.

James O’Loghlin is an author, broadcaster, and comedian and Ian Hickie looks at the topics from a scientific point of view as he is a psychiatrist and Co-Director of Health and Policy at The University of Sydney’s Brain and Mind Centre.
