The winner of the 2015 Moran Contemporary Photographic Prize Trent Mitchell will be featuring some of his most prestigious works at Juniper Hall this August/September that have won him numerous awards over his illustrious career as a photographer.

The exhibition will focus on Trent’s body of work that has been taken from over 5,500 film exposures created by Trent during his travels across the country.

Trent’s career started in 2000 and originally was a creative way to document and complement his design work and to release his creative side. The evolution of his work came from a background in sport and travel that translate into a specialisation in underwater, portrait, lifestyle and fashion photography with a raw, minimal and graphic sense to his work. His study of industrial design also came to heavily influence his eye and work.

Trent has been nominated for the Moran Contemporary Photographic Prize three times in his 16 year career and has won numerous prestigious awards for his work.

The exhibition will be running until Sunday the 18th of September at Juniper Hall.
