Hello EastSiders!

I’m so excited to be joining the Take One team! Born and raised in Sydney, I’ve always had a passion for music. My family have been a big influence on my eclectic taste, with weekends and car rides spent listening to Elvis, ABBA, Bananarama, The Beatles, The Cure, The Smiths, Midnight Oil, Frank Sinatra – the list could go on and on. Growing up, I found my own love for blues, jazz, rock, punk and country music – Led Zeppelin, The Ramones, Billie Holiday, Muddy Waters and Johnny Cash, just to name some of my favourites. I also fell in love with classical music (shout out to my man Brahms and Hungarian Dance No.5) and the beauty of film scores. Having a part South American background I definitely have a soft spot for Latin music too! My playlists are truly all over the place.

Currently, I’m studying Music Business and hope to bring new music to music lovers everywhere for many years to come. The search for new emerging artists is never ending for me and I can’t wait to get started. Whether it’s an artist across the globe or from right here in our Aussie backyard, I’m all ears!
