Spark Festival is a non profit organisation program filled with activities that is organised and produced by the community, for the community. Their objective is:

To provide opportunities for people with a diverse background, age and gender to follow and succeed in a career through events and activities
Help to contribute awareness and skills for people of all ages to help teach and evolve to new industries

There is also a program for young adults called Initiate 48 – Generation Entrepreneur. It’s a two day business workshop to teach you how to build your own startup.
