Pine Street Creative Arts Centre is seeking youth interns to assist with our annual National Youth Week event, smart ARTS Festival. smart ARTS is an arts event designed for young people, by young people. smart ARTS features a range of events & creative opportunities for young people, including an art exhibition, artists talks, careers forums & workshops. smart ARTS is happening between 8 – 17 April 2016  & will engage a core team of 5-6 creative interns, who are engaged to contribute to the event & play an active role in designing & coordinating the festival program. Not only will you have a chance to be a part of a great event for young people, but you will gain valuable skills in events management, cultural development, curatorial & arts management.

Our first info session will be held at Pine Street Creative Arts Centre on the 11^th of January 2016.

We are seeking young people who are:

– 16-26 yrs of age
– community minded
– creative
– motivated
– fun
– seeking hands on experience
