Valentine’s Day poetry program in February 2024

Vessels of Love is an annual poetry program presented by Poetry Sydney that seeks to explore ideas and forms of love over Valentine’s Day week. The first edition was part of the City of Sydney’s series of activations to attract people back to the Central Business District following the pandemic in 2021. This year The Salons: Love in transmission is the fourth project that allows us an entry point into poetry of impermanence and fragility of taut lines and tensile forces.

The Salons directors are Angie, Joan and Penny. The participating poets for Love in transmission: Albert Lin, Ali Whitelock, Gillian Swain, Luke Patterson, Magdalena Ball, Paris Rosemont and Richard James Allen.
