At 11:00 am my special guest is Inspector Shantel Cogno, Manager of the Missing Persons Unit of the NSW Police. I asked Shantel who is a missing person, why do people go missing and which groups in our community are most likely to go missing. It is a serious problem Australia wide, cutting across age, gender, ethnicity and education.
