Geraint Lewis, Professor of Astrophysics at Sydney University, returns for a new series entitled Where Does the Cosmos Come From? It’s based on  his new book, co-authored with his colleague, Chris Ferrie, A/Professor of Quantum Mechanics at UTS. It attempts to combine these two often contradictory understandings of the cosmos. In Part 1, Geraint starts with the somewhat startling assertion that physics is broken!

My special guest at 11:00 am is Dr Carolyn Hogg. Carolyn is Senior Research Manager of the Australasian Wildlife Genomics Group and has devoted her professional life to the conservation of threatened species for more than 25 years. Hear about the threats to our iconic animal and solutions.

Music is mostly about the fragility of our planet.

I look forward to your company!
