At 11:00 am, I’ll play a conversation I recorded in February 2015 with Jaqui Newling, who has the wonderful title of Colonial Gastronomer with Sydney Living Museums. Jacqui looks at foods which were fashionable, why they were fashionable and why they stopped being fashionable.
