Arts Wednesday 10 June 2020

At 10:40 am, we continue with Part 2 of Developing Sydney with historian Laila Ellmoos. This is the series we started before lockdown and was meant to coincide with the opening of an exhibition of that name at Customs House. Obviously the exhibition couldn’t go ahead but it is now available online: https://www.sydneycustomshouse.com.au/visit/exhibitions-events

Next Monday, 15 June, is the anniversary of the signing of the Magna Carta by King John at Runnymede in 1215. In 2015 I recorded a conversation with historian Geoff Holland about this important document and I’ll replay it at 11:00 am. Still a fascinating story!

Music is mainly about Magna Carta.
