Eugene Ulman has been living, working and travelling all over the African continent for over two decades. A proud music nerd, he became addicted to African sounds as a teenager growing up in Sydney, and began scouring record shops for second-hand vinyl.  His work as a filmmaker, photographer, writer and music journalist has given him the opportunity to explore the music scenes of major African cities and to collaborate with a wide variety of artists.
