Dietitian, Susie Burrell, made a return to Arts Wednesday on 12 May 2021, with a plan for good eating starting from 6:00 am right through to bed time. I regret to inform you that her day starts with matcha tea, a brew that makes me retch! AND, she recommends we drink it often during the day! However, that’s our only point of difference. Her dietary plan is based on what you eat being pleasurable – make it delicious or you won’t eat it!
