Miriam Lieberman is a singer songwriter with a unique global perspective. Take a heavy dose of West African musical sensibility, add a dash of Brazilian rhythms with folk music stylings and you get an idea of what she brings to the table. She melds her powerful vocals and percussive guitar with  kora – 21 stringed  West African harp.

The Conscious Pilots – May 10

Picking up truck loads of frequent flyer points as they circumnavigate the musical globe, the Conscious Pilots present a dash of Australian hip hop, a dabble of swing, a sprinkle of latin and a twinkle of flamenco.

The Java Quartet w/ Morganics and Bobby Singh – April 12

A miscellany of modern and traditional musical realms including digital beats, drum and bass, early hip hop and Hindustani raga.

Building upon the modal jazz styling of Miles Davis and John Coltrane since the mid 1990s, The Java Quartet has defined their ambience through six albums and a trance-like reflective sound.

Extreme Instrumentalism meets cutting edge electronic manipulation. Funky dubby, juicy beats.

Trevor Brown – Sax/electronic/bouzouki,

Veren Grigorov – Violin,

Dirk Kruitof – Guitar
