Broken – an exhibition at Artereal Gallery, interview with the artist Claude Jones

Also opening last wednesday at Artereal is ‘Broken’, by New Zealand-born artist Claude Jones where animal rights activism underpins her ceramic and illustration work.

‘Broken’ showcases her widening oeuvre, working in ceramics in addition to her acclaimed prints while continuing her preoccupation with animal rights and the role human intervention plays in animal biology.

Arts reporter Chris Virtue had a chat with her at the opening, and you can listen to the podcast here:

‘Broken’ by Claude Jones run throughout November at Artereal Gallery, 747 Darling Street, Rozelle until 29 November.
