This is a documentary made with the support of the Community Radio Network. The documentary discusses  the importance of a support for people with disabilities to have a voice on the radio. It tells the history of Making Airwaves, its relationship with Eastside Radio, the challenges faced and its plans for the future. We hear from past presenters, interviews with Eastside’s Managing Director Tony Smythe as well as Making Airwaves Producers, Kate Wadey and Caroline Savransky.
