Interviews with some of the best food talent in Sydney and beyond. A privilege and in some cases an honour to meet and discuss real food with its biggest champions. The chef, producer, promoter and food lover. The show is live and for two hours on a Saturday from 4pm – 6pm we talk, eat drink, laugh and celebrate all that is on offer in the food world.

The chef’s talk about where they come from, what they believe in and in some cases will bring in fabulous dishes. The wine makers celebrate a drop with stories of where the vines began and the producers talk about the challenges of growing and rearing the best produce on offer. We meet the talented business people behind successful food brands and try the new products that are delivered to my door daily. It is so much fun!

Natascha has been a media professional for over 12 years having worked in magazines, newspapers, online and in radio. She has a wealth of experience and discovered the world of food media by accident. A very pleasant and fulfiling accident. Food and wine is now a passion but more than that she loves to bring food personalities and products together.
