Joining me this week on Arts Wednesday is Antiques Dealer Michael Greene for the first of a two part series on Antiques. This week Michael will talk with us about Silver and Porcelain: the various methods of making, the rarities and necessities – plus a few tips on what to look for when rummaging through a charity store, or even Grandma’s house!
It’s the Manhattan Short Film Festival this coming Thursday (at Hoyts in the Entertainment Quarter from 6:30pm) – we will be joined by Monique Ferster, the Festival’s Australian Organiser to get a taste of the films screening and about the festival’s origins.

Finally, Cinematographer Vincent Lamberti will join us to discuss his documentary and film making endeavors in the Red Centre – the call of the desert and what inspires his vision of Australia
